This is a guide for the free-spirit, for the Wanderlust. Gift the perfect items this season and encourage your loved ones to continue exploring this great wide world of ours.
The key to successful travels is preparedness. A trip can easily derail with unexpected weather. Make sure your traveller is set with plenty of layers to keep them comfy. Ibex Cascade Cardigan is a great option for ladies. It’s nice to have a sweater that layers well and also balls up to make a comfy pillow. The North Face Campshire Pullover is our top choice for the guys. This hoody is warm and lays nicely under larger jackets. If a hood is not ideal, we also love the Smartwool Crew Sweater.
Speaking of preparedness, a hat should be an essential. The North Face Trucker Hat is a lifesaver for when a bad hair day is not an option.
Wherever the road may take your traveler, make sure they can stop for a moment and enjoy the scenery. The Alite Monarch Chair breaks down well and it’s innovative base allows one to take in the view from any terrain – rocks, hills or even sand. Include the Nomad Adventure Journal so your traveler can channel their inner Jack Kerouac and record all of their stories while On The Road.
Everyone needs a great graphic tee to keep their adventure spirits high. The United by Blue Coastline Shirt is dreamy and really makes you wish you’re sitting by that quaint little campfire. The North Face’s Billy Goat tee can be a constant reminder of every climber’s spirit animal.
Alright, every traveler needs a good bag. Here we have some great options. We have the United by Blue Weekender Duffle Bag. This bag’s versatility is incredible. We use it as our carry on and as an overnight bag for various road trips we find ourselves on. Being waterproof, we aren’t worried about how the bag will stand up to any outdoor adventures we find ourselves on. The Burton Export Backpack is a nice street bag. We bring this to work, to the coffee shop (for more work) and to the crag (absolutely no working involved). But, if you are looking for a more technical backpack we love this 25L Day Hiker from Burton. You get a little more technical with the rainfly but it is still very much adaptable for the office.
Keep that new bag organized and well packed with the Sea to Summit Large Cable Cell
and Laptop Sleeve. Made from water resistant fabric, these organizers will protect all tech gear that we all know gets shoved into a backpack.
